Dance Evolution Fire (a veces abreviado como DEF) es un sello italiano de Eurobeat fundado por Giancarlo Pasquini, bajo el alias Alkogan, con el objetivo de lanzar de forma pirata canciones de A-Beat-C y otros sellos, que fueron rechazadas o no lanzadas por Avex. El sello también ha lanzado algunas presuntas canciones rechazadas o sin lanzar de Eurodance y Hyper Techno que fueron producidas por Dave Rodgers y DJ Zorro (Tomas Marin).
DEF también lanzó un par de canciones de SCP Music, esto sin el permiso de Stefano Castagna, puesto a que en ese tiempo SCP le pertenecía a Rodgers & Contini Records.

Los primeros 4 volúmenes de la serie Euroenergy fueron lanzados en plataformas de streaming por el sello Blow Your Mind (BYM). Más tarde en el 2017, la serie fue relanzada junto con un quinto volumen, ahora por DEF.
