Ennio Zanini es un artista, cantante, compositor y escritor proveniente de Desenzano del Garda, Brescia, Italia.

Nacido en Dezenzano, Terence Trent D'Arby le inspiró para convertirse en guitarrista y cantante. Tras muchas audiciones, debutó como vocalista del grupo de la Nueva Ola "Current Affairs".
Hizo uso de su registro de 3 octavas y recorrió clubes y discotecas de toda Italia, realizando sus enérgicas giras sin parar. Sus actividades se dieron a conocer poco a poco a la industria musical.
Mientras editaba varios CD con el grupo, conoció a Stefano Castagna y comenzó su formación como cantante de Eurobeat. Además, su cultivada habilidad se convirtió en la fuerza motriz para crear melodías y arreglos completamente nuevos, y así nació "Fastway".
Fue bautizado por Alberto Contini, que por casualidad estaba presente en la grabación. Su firma como cantante es que se puede imaginar una fuerza veloz (fast) que golpea cualquier carretera, y un deseo de crear un sonido que sus fans disfruten de verdad y no olviden fácilmente. Y ese pensamiento se hizo realidad con el gran éxito del trabajo de debut "Number One".
