Fausto Vargas Guio es un músico, escritor, compositor y productor estadounidense proveniente de Brooklyn, Nueva York, EEUU. Actualmente trabaja para SinclaireStyle, previamente trabajó en varios sellos que incluyen a A-Beat-C, Bulldozer Records, Sound & Vision, Volume, Delta Music Industry, e Easy Beat. Si bien ha trabajado en la escritura y composición de varias canciones de Eurobeat, mayormente se dedica a sus trabajos de Hyper Techno con sus letras de rap. Aunque también proporcionó su voz para partes de raps en canciones de Eurobeat como "Gimme 5" de Domino.
Fasuto comenzó como DJ y escritor de canciones en Italia en 1992, antes de que Alberto Contini y Andrea Leonardi se le acercasen para ofrecerle trabajar en un álbum experimental llamado "Dance Got Sick! Trilogy" de Bulldozer.
