Luigi Stanga es un productor, arreglista, escritos y compositor italiano proveniente de Desenzano del Garda, Brescia.
Él es el fundador de LED Records y sus subsidiarias: Vibration (junto con Gino Caria), Energy Revolution (junto con Davide Di Marcantonio) y Eurobeat Masters (también con Di Marcantonio).
Él tiene un hermano, cuyo nombre es desconocido, quién ha cantado bajo los alias de Jimmy Bravo y Jackie 'O entre 1997, 1998 y 2007. Sin embargo, es posible que haya sido el propio Luigi quien haya cantado bajo esos alias ya que él le dio voz a algunas canciones de Coverland.

Luigi Stanga nació en Brescia el 1 de mayo de 1958. Aprendió por su cuenta a tocar el bajo eléctrico y, a los 16 años, formó el grupo Freedom Riders, con el que actuó en clubes de la ciudad. Estudió guitarra clásica, primero con Francesco Gorio y después con el añorado Ruggero Chiesa, obteniendo matrícula de honor tras los cursos de Conjunto de Cámara y Armonía en el Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi de Milán, graduándose en 1985. También estudió composición clásica y orquestación de cuerda de forma privada con Antonio Giacometti, profesor del Conservatorio de Módena (Italia).
Stanga empezó a producir en 1980, siendo su primera producción Love is Like a Game del grupo Hot Cold, que fue un gran éxito en Italia y en toda Europa. También produjo canciones para las discográficas más importantes de toda Europa, como EMI Italia, WEA Reino Unido, Sony Francia, Max España, Cleveland City Reino Unido, Media Italia y Time Italia.
Él es el propietario y director del sello LED Records, colaboró en proyectos Eurodance como Love 4 Sale, Black House, Nellow, X-Sample y Maria Short. Su composición/producción titulada Dreamin' in Buristed Road de X-Sample obtuvo un gran éxito en Italia.
Hasta 2010, Luigi ha compuesto, producido, arreglado y mezclado hasta 500 canciones de derivados del Dance (Pop Dance, Eurobeat, Para Para, Speed, Trance, Techno y House) que han tenido especial éxito en Japón y el Sudeste Asiático. La mayoría de sus producciones tienen licencia estadounidense y se han utilizado como bandas sonoras, en publicidad comercial y para series de televisión internacionales como la mundialmente conocida "Sex & The City". Actualmente vive en Desenzano del Garda.
