"The Race Is Over" (En español: "La carrera se acabó") es una canción interpretada por Giancarlo Pasquini bajo su alias Dave Rodgers. Fue producida en el 2000 y apareció por primera vez en la película animada del 2001 Initial D Third Stage; antes de debutar en el álbum "Initial D The Movie Of Super Eurobeat", el 17 de enero de ese año. Después sería incluida en un maxisencillo de vinilo de 12 pulgadas, publicado por Avex Trax el 29 de octubre del 2003, en Japón; el cuál incluyó otra tres canciones de Dave Rodgers: "Dancing In The Starlight", "Shake" y "I Want To Feel". La canción fue escrita, compuesta y producida por Giancarlo Pasquini, como Dave Rodgers; con la ayuda de Fabrizio Rizzolo en la letra.
En el 2020, Pasquini hizo un cover moderno de la canción, lanzada bajo el mismo alias y como parte del séptimo álbum de estudio de Rodgers: "Take Me Higher" (2020), este bajo su sello Dave Rodgers Music.
