Fue producida y lanzada en 1996, debutando el 25 de septiembre en el álbum Super Eurobeat Vol. 71, luego sería incluida junto a otra canción de Starlett, "Without Your Love", en un maxisencillo de vinilo de Delta en 1998. El 6 de diciembre de 2022, ésta sería lanzada en un sencillo digital como parte de Eurobeat Masters Singles. La canción fue compuesta y producida por Laurent Gelmetti, bajo su alias Laurent Newfield, y escrita por Clara Moroni, quien también estuvo involucrada en la producción.
