The song was released together with "Red Hot Zip" by Dave & Domino in a vinyl single released by A-Beat-C in 2000.
"Alè" is an Italian expression roughly meaning, "Come on", so, the title means "Come On, Japan." The title sometimes appears as "Ale' Japan", which is a normal way of writing Italian accents without extra characters. There is a similar interjection in Spanish. "Olé" is another interjection in Spanish expressing excitement.
