Chilu was an alias used by an Unknown Female Vocalist at Avex.
She only made three songs, which ones she also wrote, in 2000. These were made to be part the soundtrack of the OVA: Initial D Extra Stage. All of them were also covered in Japanese by the voice actresses Michiku Neya and Yumi Kakazu, all versions were released in the album Initial D Extra Stage Original Sound Tracks on February 21, 2001.
