It is an English Eurobeat cover of the 1985 hit-single "仮面舞踏会" (Kamen Butōkai, Masquerade dance) by the Japanese idol male group Shonentai. The cover was produced and arranged by Di Marcantonio and John Fireball and translated by Gary Perlman around 2000, making its first album appearance that year in the mixed compilation "Dancemania Euro★Mix Happy Paradise" on August 23, 2000, and later was released together with five other songs: "Boom Boom Dollar (Red Monster 2000 Mix)" by King Kong & D'Jungle Girls, "Upside Down (Hyper Euro Mix)" by Coo Coo, "Sky High" by Lucyfer, "My Heart Will Go On (Euro Remix)" by Deja Vu ft. Tasmin, and "Tokyo All Ready" by Judy Crystal in a promotional 12-inch maxi-release of the album the same year by Intercord Japan. Later, the song was released as a digital single by Eurobeat Masters on May 27, 2008.
