It was only released in a Non-stop Mix or as a SEB radio version.

"D-Power" is a song by Simone Valeo under the alias Overload. It is the last song released under the alias.

The song stayed unreleased for many years until Delta Music Industry acquired the rights for its use in "Delta Music Industry Presents Touge Megamix" on October 28th 2023.

Technically the full version has not been officially released yet, since Delta only released two edits made by SSC and Sato. However, SSC has provided the extended version to some users, this is how this was released into YouTube some time later.

Lyrics[]

The following lyrics are transcribed by ear by our editors, as no official lyrics have been released.

[Intro]
(Yeah!)
(D-POWER!)
(D-POWER!)
D-Power, D-D-Power
(D-POWER!)
Another night, another story
D-Power, D-D-Power
(D-POWER!)
Tonite we'll be waiting for a special race
(D-POWER!)

[Verse 1]
Drag race, tonight a fever is born
Come on, the game now is over
White space, the cars are shining and bright
Another special stage, another demon race

[Pre-Chorus]
Power over in the street, forever (ever)
Team of fire, mad desire, now and ever

[Chorus]
D-Power, D-Power (D-POWER!)
Another night of fight and glory
D-Power, D-Power (D-POWER!)
We're lookin' for the god of racing
D-Power, D-Power (D-POWER!)
Another night, another story
D-Power, D-Power (D-POWER!)
Tonite we're waiting for a special race
(D-POWER!)

[Verse 2]
Rumble, the motor starting in the tonight
Come on, the fever is over
Speed drive, the track is dangerous now
Another special stage, another dirty race

Trivia[]

  • The lyrics progression is very similar to Valeo's other song "Speed Man" as Dave Simon.
  • "Terminator", another Overload track, this time on the Music For Lonely Drivers compilation, has the incorrect production code IT-L01-06-00285 instead of IT-L01-03-00415. It is possible that the first one belongs to "D-Power", which would mean it was probably produced right after "Speed Man".
