Dancemania Euro★Mix Happy Paradise is a 2000 Italo-Disco, Hi NRG, Eurodance, Eurobeat, and Techno mixed compilation album, and the first Dancemania Euro★Mix album, which is a sub-series of the mainline Dancemania series. It was released on August 23, 2000, by Intercord Japan on CD. The album and series was created to target the younger audience of dance music. Many of the songs on the album are remixed versions of songs that were released on other Dancemania albums; however, the album does feature new songs as well. The DJ mix on the album was done by Euro Tech Production.
The album peaked at number four on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart, selling 48,390 units in its first week.[1] It remained on the chart for a total of 9 weeks, eventually selling an estimated 100,000 units, becoming certified Gold by the RIAJ in September 2000.[2][3]
