"Dancing Queen" is a song by Alessandra Mirka Gatti and Elena Ferretti under the alias King & Queen. It was produced and released in 1996, initially in a vinyl maxi-single by A-Beat-C, in Italy, on November 14, 1996; then it made its first album appearance in Super Eurobeat Vol. 74 on January 22, 1997. Later, on March 4th 2022, the single was ripped and released digitally.
"Dancing Queen" was composed by Giancarlo Pasquini and written by him with Fausto Guio. The production was also led by Pasquini, credited to his alias Dave Rodgers, alongside Alberto Contini.
In 1996, a remix made by S.K. Factory was included in a vinyl maxi-single by Avex Trax, which also included the extended mix of "This Is The Night" by Dr's Girl and a S.K. Factory remix of the same song. Additionally, in 2024 Alessandra Gatti covered the song by her own at Dave Rodgers Music, released under her alias Domino
