Denise Scaramuzzino, mostly known as Doki (ドキ), is an Italian singer and songwriter.
She works with Andrea Leonardi at SinclaireStyle since 2015, as part of her group Honey Hime with Caterina Costa (Kanako) and Annalisa Castrovilli (Puchiko). In 2025, she started singing solo under her alias Doki Moon.

Doki is the leader and founding member of the group with Kanako.
Singing has always been her biggest passion and has been taking singing lessons since she was young, also singing as the main voice in the church of her town, then also singing in other events, like marriages.
She’s always been interested in composing music and writing lyrics starting from the GroupDub in the first 2000s and over time she created a recording studio in her house where Honey Hime recorded their first tracks.
She worked for a few years as a volunteer in the “Montecatone Rehabilitation Hospital” where she used to do music lessons to children and worked at the hospital’s radio.
Her passion for Japanese music was so strong that she decided to talk about idols in her degree thesis.
On her Youtube channel she sometimes has fun doing covers and various vlogs.
