"Do You Wanna Dance" is a song by Elena Gobbi Frattini and Alessandra Mirka Gatti under the duo alias Go Go Girls. Produced in 1999, the song was first released in the mixed compilation album Super Eurobeat Presents Euromach 2 on November 10, 1999; then it was released together with "I Want Your Kiss Boy" and "Love Me Tonight" on a 12-inch vinyl maxi-single on June 22, 2000, by A-Beat-C in Italy.
The song was written by Giancarlo Pasquini and Sandro Oliva, with production credits going to Pasquini's alias Dave Rodgers and Oliva. It was recorded and mixed by them at Rodgers Studio.
On September 20, 2000, the Japanese pop girl group Dream covered the song in Japanese for their remix album Super Eurobeat Presents Euro "Dream" Land.
