"Dreamin' Of You" (also spelled as "Dreaming Of You") is a song by Elena Gobbi Frattini under her alias Lolita. Produced in 1997, the song was released on March 29, 2000, making its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 105. It was later included on a 12-inch maxi-single released by A-Beat-C in Italy on April 20, 2000, along with three other Lolita songs: "Hurry Man", "Baby One Baby Two", and "Baby Baby Blue"; which one was later ripped and released digitally on April 29, 2022. The song was produced by Dave Rodgers and Sandro Oliva, composed by Sandro Oliva, Giancarlo Pasquini and Fabrizio Rizzolo, and written by Fabrizio Rizzolo.
On November 29, 2000, the Japanese pop idol group Folder 5 covered the song in Japanese under the new title "Believe", which was released as the group's third single. Subsequently, it was used as the second opening theme for the One Piece anime.
