"Energy" is a song by Clara Moroni and Elena Ferretti under the group alias Gipsy & Queen. Produced in 1991, it was released sometime in the same year on a 12-inch LP single by Time Records in Italy, followed by Alfa International in Japan on April 1, 1991. It later made its first album appearance on their second studio album Love & Passion on the same release date as the Japanese mini CD single. The song was written by Moroni and Laurent Gelmetti and produced by Giacomo Maiolini and the latter under his alias Laurent G. Newfield, who also did the recording and mixing at Time Studio.
