Frank Torpedo was a male alias used at Time Records by three different vocalists, the most notable being Gino Caria; then followed by Claudio Magnani in 1997, and Davide Di Marcantonio until 2001.

  • According to Laurent Gelmetti, the alias originated from a time when he and a couple of friends (Baldoni and Rosellini) were joking around with the name "Frank". Then, while sampling some torpedos sounds during the production of "Bang Bang", the idea came to his mind[1].
