"Gimme Some Lovin'" (later retitled to "Love In Portofino") is a song performed by Elisabetta Gagliardi under the alias Louise. Produced in 2017, the song made its first album appearance that year in "Super Eurobeat Vol. 244 - Extended Version" on August 23rd; later it was released as a digital single by Hi-NRG Attack on October 31st. The song was written by Claudio Accatino and Federico Rimonti, composed by Claudio Accatino, Federico Rimonti and Fulvio Malvicino; and produced by Accatino with Rimonti.
This song is curious for having two versions. The first one, called "Gimme Some Lovin'", which was released in the Super Eurobeat album; and the second one, which was re-titled to "Love In Portofino" and released on its digital single and in the album "2017 Collection"; this one, however, only changes the lyrics of the chorus, while the rest of the song stays the same. In addition, on the official Hi-NRG Attack Catalogue[1], it was credited to "Gimme Some Lovin'", which would mean that that is the original version and "Love In Portofino" an alternative version made after. Anyways, both versions were credited in the SIAE listing.
