Produced in 1999, it made its first appearance in Act 12 of Initial D Second Stage, on January 13th 2000; before making its first album appearance in Super Eurobeat Presents Initial D Second Stage D Non-Stop Selection on February 9th 2000. The extended version was released nine months later, on November 22nd, in Super Eurobeat Presents Initial D Super Euro-Best.
