Give Me Up ~Fortunati's 1st~ is the debut studio album by Pierre Michel Nigro under his alias Michael Fortunati. Initially, it was released on March 25, 1987 in Japan by Alfa International and phonographic copyright to Now Discs. The album was produced by M. De San Antonio and composed by the latter, Pierre Michel Nigro, and Mario Nigro. Notably, it includes Fortunati's hit singles "Give Me Up" and "Into The Night (Slip And Slide)".

The album debuted at number thirty-five on Japan's Oricon Albums Chart and remained on the charts for a total of nine weeks, selling approximately 29,810 units overall. Specifically, it sold 12,080 units on long-playing record, 7,370 on cassette tape, and 10,360 on CD.
