The song was written by Giancarlo Pasquini and Alberto Contini, with production credits going to Pasquini (under his alias Dave Rodgers) and Contini, with executive production credits going to Ray Decadance. It was published by Orfa Music with phonographic copyright under the Belgian label Infinity Records.
The song was released on a 12" vinyl single in an unknown date, by Hi-Tension in Belgium, as the A-Side to the other Samantha Gilles song "Don't Tell Me Lies". "Here Comes The Night" made its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 41 - Extended Version on December 16, 1993.
