The song was released on a 12" vinyl single on December 10, 1991, by A-Beat-C in Italy, and rerelased as a digitized vinyl rip on March 5, 2021. "Hot Confession" made its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 17 - Extended Version on November 25, 1991.
