It was released on April 23, 1992, making its first album appearance on Maharaja Night - Hi-NRG Revolution Vol. 1 by Avex Trax in Japan. In the same year, it was released on a 12-inch single by Time Records in Italy. The song was written by Sergio Dall'Ora and Laurent Gelmetti, with production credits going to Giacomo Maiolini. Mixing and recording were done by Laurent G. Newfield at Time Studio 1.
