It was produced and released in 1991, making its first appearance around the same year on a 12-inch LP single by Time Records, in Italy. It later made its first album appearance on the Japanese compilation album Let's Groove! The Paradise Of Dance = 踊れ！ ダンス天国 Vol.1 on January 21, 1992.
"" was written by Emanuela Gubinelli, composed by Sergio Dall'Ora with Laurent Gelmetti, and produced by Giacomo Maiolini. Gelmetti also did the recording and mixing under his alias Laurent G. Newfield at Time Studio.
Giordano Gambogi covered the song in 2007 under the alias of Money Man and released as "Love For Money 2008".
