Max Coveri was an alias used by five artists at different points in time. The alias was first used by Mauro Farina from 1986 to 1987, Massimo Brancaccio (commonly known as Billy More) from 1988 to 1992, Roberto Gabrielli on the vinyl release of "Like A Summer Rain", Maurizio De Jorio from 1996 to 1999, and Corrado Beretta in 2023.

The character of Max Coveri was modeled by Brancaccio during both his and Farina's time using the alias. According to the back of One More Time (1986), Coveri was 23, had black hair and brown eyes, was 172cm tall (5'8) and weighed 63kg (138lb). This is accompanied by a photo of Brancaccio, but it is unknown if these measurements are his or made up (for example Brancaccio was 21 in 1986, not 23).
