"Midnight Love" is a song by Valerio under his alias Neo, being this the last song ever performed by him. It was produced and released in 2006, making its first album appearance in Super Eurobeat Vol. 171 on September 27, 2006. The song was written and composed by Giancarlo Pasquini; additionally by Annerley Gordon in the lyrics, and Sandro Oliva in the composition. The production was held by Dave Rodgers on May of 2006.
A re-edit made by DJ Gun was released along with other reedits of "Power" by Go 2, "I'm Gonna Carry On" by Nuage, and "My World 2006" by Sophie in a vinyl maxi release of "Super Eurobeat Vol. 171" that was released by Avex Trax on December 20, 2006, this version features a different chorus and instrumentation.
Later on 2007, a remix made by DJ BOSS as part of Y&Co was released together with other remixes of "Disco Fire" by Dave Rodgers and Neo, "Let It Burn" by Go 2, and "Takumi", also by Neo, in a vinyl maxi-single released by Avex Trax on August 21, 2007.
