Produced by Giacomo Maiolini, Sergio Dall'Ora and Luca Pernici; and written by Gambogi and Percini in 1997, the song first released as a short 4-Min version in the album "Eurobeat Flash Vol. 22" on March 18, 1999; while the extended mix was not released until 23 years later in the album "New Initial D The Movie Battle Digest", as part of the soundtrack of the movie of the same name, on January 7, 2022.
