"Reality" is a song by Setsue Sanada under the alias Doctor's Girl, credited along with Sanada's other alias "Aki" on the 12-inch single. It was produced in 1995, being initially released on a 12-inch single on March 8th 1996, by A-Beat-C in Italy; later made its first album appearance in Super Eurobeat Vol. 65 on March 21st.

"Reality" was composed by Sandro Oliva with Giancarlo Pasquini and Luigi Raimondi, and written by Pasquini with Fausto Guio and Setsue Sanada. The production was led by Pasquini, as Dave Rodgers, and Alberto Contini.

On December 11, 1996, the Japanese pop group MAX covered the song, and it was released on the band's debut studio album, Maximum, which consists entirely of Japanese-sung covers of Eurobeat songs.
