"Rocket Man" is a song by Ennio Zanini under his alias Fastway. Produced in 2000, it made its first appearance in the mixed compilation album "Super Eurobeat Presents Euromach 8" on March 14, 2001; at the same time, it was included in a vinyl maxi-single by Double Rec. in 2001, alongside of other three Fastway songs: "Formula 1", "1 2 3 4 Fire!" and "Money Go Round". The extended version of the song was exclusive of the vinyl until it was released in the digital album "Super Eurobeat Presents Fastway Special Collection, Vol. 1" on November 26, 2008.
An edit made by New Generation was included in an Euromach promotional vinyl by Avex Trax, along side of other three edits of "Don't Go" by Ace, "Stop Lookin' Back" by Nick Mansell and "Money Go Round".
The song was produced and composed by Stefano Castagna. Zanini also composed the track and Evelina Somenzi wrote the lyrics
