Jan Budín, mostly known as SSC Eurobeat or just SSC, is remixer and DJ from Czech Republic. He is currently the main community manager of Delta Music Industry and the founder of the Neo Retro team.
He started to work at Delta around 2022, making remixes/bonus edits under the Eurobeat Masters Singles series, and at the end of that year, he started the Neo Retro team with DJ Cat and other remixers and they started making Non-stop mixed albums.

He used to make a podcast with DJ Cat called "NEO RETRO COMMENTARY" after every important Delta release, but they just made four volumes between 2022-2023; then on September 2024, Budín brought back podcast, now with just himself. All were released on Delta's Bandcamp page.

- The letters from his name do not have an actual meaning. It got inspired from well-known DJ groups like M.T.S, T.Y.M. or I.S.D.
- Additionally, formerly in the old Eurobeat forums it worked as the acronym of "Super Santa Scout".
- His favorite Eurobeat artist is Daniel.
- The song "Lonely Driver" was made because he gave the idea to Clara Moroni.
- He is currently the “right-hand man” of Clara.
- His main influence as a DJ is DJ Gun.
- In his YouTube channel he made unofficials fan-sequels of old Eurobeat album series, such as: The Best of Non-Stop Super Eurobeat 2011, Speed & Power Style 2022, and Initial Dream Collection Vol. 6 and Vol. 7.
- Almost all of his works were made totally in Vegas Pro 19.
- He considers the song "Push It To The Limit" as "The New Gas Gas Gas" since both were produced by Sandro Oliva.
