Eurobeat Wiki

"Shibuya Girl" is a song by Clara Moroni under the alias Vicky Vale.

The song was released together with three other songs ("People Come On!" and “Turn Me On” by the Eurobeat Girls; and "Nothing To Loose", also by Vicky Vale) in a vinyl maxi-single released by Delta in 2002.

The song was originally to be called "Panda Face", but for unknown reasons it was changed and renamed to it actual name. Two minutes of this early version were leaked in some point of 2024[1].

Lyrics[]

[Intro]
I see the way you feel when you look at me (me, me)
I am the fashion queen of the Shibuya streets (streets, streets)

[Verse 1]
Talk of the town, phenomenon
Call me the way you like
'Cause I don't care
Make-up to match my long hair blonde
I look the way I like
I'm not afraid

[Pre-Chorus]
I see the way you feel when you look at me (me, me)
I am the fashion queen of the Shibuya streets (streets, streets)

[Chorus - Repeat Twice]
Shibuya, Shibuya, Shibuya Girl
I'll be the special one forever
Shibuya, Shibuya, Shibuya Girl
Lipstick and tanning lamp, sexy and cool

[Verse 2]
Somebody call me panda face
I like the way it looks
My generation
I'll never change I'll keep my place
Victory sign and smile
I'll shock the nation
