"Start" is a song by Gino Caria under the alias De Niro. Produced in 1993, it was released around the same year on a 12-inch LP single by Time Records in Italy. It later made its first album appearance on the Japanese compilation album Super Eurobeat Vol. 41 on January 21, 1994. The song was written by Stefano Castagna, Sergio Dall'Ora and Laurent Gelmetti, and produced by Giacomo Maiolini and Gelmetti under his alias Laurent G. Newfield, who also did the mixing and recording at Time Studio.
A remix by T.Y.M. was released on a vinyl promotional single in 1993 along with the T.Y.M. remix of "Seventies" by Mega NRG Man.
