Produced in 1998, the song was first released in the album "Eurobeat Flash Vol. 21" on January 13, 1999, then the song was released together with "Rock Me To The Top" and "You Make Me Feel" in a vinyl maxi-single by Double Rec. in 1999. The song was produced by Stefano Castagna, composed by him and written by Evelina Somenzi.

- In 2014, it was made a song called "Never Give Up!!" by the singer Junear, which was used as the first ending theme for Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters; this song has exactly the same lyrics progression as "Stay The Night", but it is unknown if there was an inspiration.
