Super Eurobeat Vol. 85 is a 1998 Eurobeat compilation album and the 85th album in the long running Super Eurobeat series. It was released by Avex Trax on February 25, 1998.
In 2020, three albums featuring extended versions of the songs featured on this album were released, they are split into three labels: Delta, Rodgers & Contini, and Time. The Rodgers & Contini and Time albums are available for streaming worldwide, whereas the Delta album is region locked, but it's available in Spotify.
The album sold 8,860 copies, peaked at #52, and stayed for 2 weeks on the Oricon Weekly Album chart.[1]

Trivia[]
- This release features 18 tracks from A-Beat-C (7), Delta Music Industry (5) and Time Records (6).
- On the booklet there's an announcement of "Super Eurobeat Presents Initial D ~D Selection~" in which credits the song "Scandal" by Candy Taylor as the third track of that album, but then the song was not in the album. So it is not sure if the song was meant to be featured in the series or it was miscredited.[2]
