THE BEST TOHO EURO OF DJ Command is a Doujin Eurobeat Album released by Eurobeat Union on Comiket 90 event in 2016.[1] It's the compilation of the songs composed by Team Shanghai Alice and arranged by DJ Command. This is the second album in the EURO BAKAICHIDAI THE BEST series, a spin-off of EURO BAKAICHIDAI series. The character featured on the album cover is Flandre Scarlet.[2]

- The lyrics for track 10, "Warning!", are actually incomplete. This verse of the chorus is missing. This was also missing in the original release "Toho Euro Flash Vol.2":[3]
