Take Me Higher is the fourth album released by Giancarlo Pasquini under his alias Dave Rodgers. The album comprises several songs released under the Dave Rodgers alias prior to 1997, along with five new songs that debuted on the album. The album's title is derived from the 1996 single by V6 that Pasquini composed and self-covered on the album, which bears the same name. Released on April 23rd, 1997, by Avex Trax, the album was initially released in CD format before being made available digitally.

The singles from the album include "Soul Gasoline", "Sun City", "Music For The People", "Milan Milan Milan" / "Woman From Tokyo", and "Take Me Higher" / "Made In Japan", all of which were released within a span of six years.
