"Take Me Up & Down" (also titled as "Take Me Up And Down") is a song by Gino Caria, released under the alias Lou Grant. It was released on February 24, 1993, making its first album appearance on Maharaja Night - Hi-NRG Revolution Vol. 5 by Avex Trax in Japan. In the same year, it was released on a 12-inch single by Time Records in Italy. The song was written by Giorgio Spagna, Sergio Dall'Ora and Laurent Gelmetti, with production credits going to Giacomo Maiolini and Laurent G. Newfield, and mixing and recording were done by the latter at Time Studio.
