Produced in 1998, the song made its first album appearance as a non-stop mix format on "Super Eurobeat Vol. 96 - Non-Stop Mega Mix" on March 25, 1999; while the extended version was later released on "Super Eurobeat Presents Initial D Second Stage D Selection 1" on December 1 of the same year. The song was composed and produced by Giancarlo Pasquini, as Dave Rodgers; and written also by Pasquini with Alberto Contini with Sandro Oliva.
