The album compiles the best and most popular Eurobeat songs from 2008, spread across two discs with 26 tracks each, totaling 52 tracks from labels Time Records, Delta Music Industry, Dima Music, Hi-NRG Attack, SCP Music, Eurogrooves, Asia Records, GoGo's Music, A-Beat-C, and SinclaireStyle. Disc 1 was mixed by DJ Gun, while Disc 2 was mixed by DJ BOSS.
The album peaked at #126 on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart, selling 1,582 units in its first week. It remained on the chart for a total of 2 weeks, eventually selling an estimated 2,326 units.[1]
