The Greatest Hits is a compilation album released by Pierre Michel Nigro under his alias Michael Fortunati. It was released on October 21, 1992, by Alfa International in Japan, with the phonographic copyright held by Now Discs and Beaver Records. The album consists of selected songs by Fortunati released from 1986 to 1991, which were popular among Japanese listeners.
