Produced in 1997, the song was released on February 23, 2000, making its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 103. Later, on March 9, 2000, it was included in a 12-inch maxi-single released by A-Beat-C, which also featured three other Mega NRG Man songs: "Grand Prix", and "Welcome To The Music". The song was written by Giancarlo Pasquini, Alberto Contini, and Francesca Contini, with production by Dave Rodgers.
