- In the front cover of the album, the title is just "VIP Mega Euro Star", then in the booklet is changed to "VIP Mega Euro Star ★Best★", while in the Obi strip and the CD label, adds "Non-Stop Mix" at the end.
- Despite of the "Best" in the title, this album is not as the usual "The Best album" featuring the best selection in the series, this one is a new release with new songs.
