"Wings Of Fire" is a song by Andrea Delfino under the alias Jee Bee. Produced in 1995, the song was first released that same year in a vinyl maxi-single released by Hi-NRG Attack; then it made its first album appearance in "Eurobeat Flash Vol. 5" on January 17, 1996. Later the song was released as a digital single on October 13, 2008. The song was in charge of Claudio Accatino, Federico Rimonti and Roberto Festari, they three composed it; Rimonti wrote the lyrics, he with Accatino produced it and Festari, with The SAME, made the arragements.
The song was later adapted into Japanese by Kazumi Suzuki and covered in Japanese three times, first in 1997 by Rie Taguchi; the following year, in 1998, was covered by the Japanese voice actresses Michiko Neya and Yumi Kakazu, in character as Mako Sato & Sayuki, for the anime adaptation of Initial D, and again in 2020. Later the Japanese singer, Angelic, covered the song in 2009. All of these covers used the same translation made by Kazumi Suzuki.
